According to Liaoning Daily, on April 16, Liaoning Province and China Merchants Group Co., Ltd. held a working consultation in Shenyang and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the two sides will jointly support the high-quality development of Liaoning Port Group and the development and construction of Taiping Bay, and carry out in-depth strategic cooperation in comprehensive finance, transportation logistics, urban construction, science and technology innovation industries, and other areas to achieve a higher level of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
