On April 16, it was learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that the administration recently deployed a special action to carry out CCC certification bottom-line defense in the country, conducting full-coverage supervision inspections on designated certification agencies, focusing on key areas such as power banks, electric bicycles, and gas burners, and carrying out effective random checks. It is understood that the special action strictly supervises daily operations, promotes the pilot reform of the CCC certification mark, precisely targets counterfeit CCC certification marks, and strengthens product quality responsibility tracing. Responsibilities of all parties are implemented, and "double investigations" are carried out on unqualified CCC certified products. The industry is regulated to prevent internal collusion, and the technical capabilities of designated implementing agencies are strengthened through verification, optimization, and integration of the qualifications of existing implementing agencies in key areas, and the cost accounting of certification testing is organized. System supply is improved, the CCC certification catalog is optimized, dynamic management is implemented, and the rule system is further improved. Enterprise assistance is implemented, coordinating the linkage between CCC certification and international qualification assessment rules, and promoting the integrated development of certification services for domestic and international trade. In the next step, the State Administration for Market Regulation will strengthen overall coordination and work scheduling, urging and guiding local market supervision departments to deepen the special action, actively conduct exchange of advanced experiences, and report on typical cases to ensure the success and effectiveness of the special action.
