Schroder appointed as Chairman of Yigatong Technology.

On April 16th, Yikatong Technology Holdings officially announced the appointment of senior international executive Ms. Schroeder as the company's chairman, effective immediately. Schroeder is a Danish senior executive who previously joined the Yikatong Technology board on October 31, 2025. Shen Ziyu will continue to serve as CEO and director of Yikatong Technology.
