Xiaomi increases its holdings in the graphene material research and development company Morui Technology.

According to Tianyancha App, recently, Guangdong Morui Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a change in its business registration, adding Beijing Xiaomi Smart Manufacturing Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise as a shareholder. Previously, Hubei Xiaomi Yangtze River Industry Fund Partnership Enterprise had invested in the company, and its registered capital increased to approximately 22.0242 million yuan. The company was established in October 2015 and its business scope includes research and development of new material technologies, manufacturing of graphite and carbon products, sales of graphene materials, sales of graphite and carbon products, etc. Public information shows that Morui Technology is mainly engaged in the application development of low-dimensional nanomaterials such as graphene.
