Shenzhen Court: There is a growing trend of new types of unfair competition cases involving internet platforms and data.

Journalists learned from a press conference held by the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court on the 16th that from 2021 to 2025, the Shenzhen court has accepted a total of 4604 cases of unfair competition, with 4458 cases concluded. The annual growth rate of the number of cases accepted is 26.6%. Among them, new types of unfair competition cases involving internet platforms and data have continuously emerged and their growth rate is significant.
