The company was established in December 2016, with Wu Wen as the legal representative, and its business scope includes investment activities with its own funds, asset management services from its own funds, manufacturing of semiconductor discrete devices, engineering and technical research and experimental development, and technology promotion services. It is jointly owned by Xiamen Haicang Development Group Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Haicang Investment Group Co., Ltd.
