Year-on-year growth of 13.2%, the total import and export value of the Yellow River Basin reached 1.7 trillion yuan in the first quarter.

According to customs statistics, in the first quarter of 2026, the total import and export value of the nine provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin reached 1.7 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.2%. Among them, exports were 1.01 trillion yuan, a growth of 10.3%; imports were 696.14 billion yuan, a growth of 17.8%. The total value of foreign trade imports and exports in the Yellow River Basin has exceeded 500 billion yuan for 13 consecutive months, and has maintained positive growth for 5 consecutive months, demonstrating strong development resilience. The number of operating entities has significantly increased, with 92,100 enterprises in the basin with import and export performance, an increase of 12,800 from the same period last year.
