Dow Chemical Company Chairman and CEO Jim Fitterling will assume the role of Executive Chairman.

On April 16, Dow Chemical announced that the company's Chairman and CEO, Jim Fitterling, will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors starting on July 1, 2026. The Board of Directors also appointed current Chief Operating Officer Karen S. Carter as the new CEO, effective from July 1, 2026. At that time, Karen S. Carter will also join Dow's Board of Directors. Additionally, Richard Davis will continue to serve as the independent Lead Director of Dow Chemical.
