On April 16, Zhongxin Travel released a May Day travel trend report, showing that as of April 16, according to backend retail data, the platform's travel product bookings GMV increased by 53% compared to the same period last year, and the variety of products increased by 150% compared to the same period last year. Currently, domestic destinations and visa-free outbound destinations are still continuing to attract customers. It is expected that during the 2026 May Day holiday, Zhongxin Travel will once again break the 20,000 customer mark.
