Promote the connection of Xiamen-Taiwan shipping routes with the "Maritime Silk Road" and the China-Europe freight trains, and create a "Taiwan-Xiamen-Global" channel. Expand the direct sea transportation channel for the "Three Direct Links" with Taiwan and the logistics channel between Xiamen and Kinmen, expand and strengthen the express delivery business of Xiamen-Taiwan shipping, promote the construction of Taiwan's "overseas warehouse", and create a cross-border e-commerce distribution center for Taiwan. Promote the resumption of Xiamen's passenger and freight ferry services. Promote the resumption of Taiwan cruise transportation services; focus on promoting cooperation in industries such as marine information, artificial intelligence, ship and yacht, marine equipment, marine drugs and bioproducts, seafood processing and deep-sea fishing, marine tourism and recreational fishing, and promote the integration and development of marine economy across the Taiwan Strait.
