The 139th Canton Fair opened yesterday in Guangzhou. This session of the fair has reached a new high in terms of exhibition scale, focusing on new quality productivity and providing a higher quality platform to connect global supply and demand. It injects strong momentum into stabilizing, improving quality, and promoting high-level opening-up in China's foreign trade. The total exhibition area of the 139th Canton Fair is 1.55 million square meters, with a total of 75,700 booths and over 32,000 participating enterprises. Among them, over 60% of the enterprises have their own brands, about 3,900 companies are making their first appearance, and over 4.65 million exhibits will be displayed on-site. The structure of participating enterprises in this session of the Canton Fair continues to improve, with more than 11,000 high-quality enterprises holding titles such as "specialized, refined, special and new" and "single-item champion," representing a 5.1% increase compared to the previous session. A large number of cutting-edge technological achievements and high value-added products are prominently featured, showcasing the strong momentum of China's manufacturing industry transitioning towards high-end, intelligent, and green development and attracting the attention of global buyers. On the opening day, overseas buyers arrived enthusiastically, with over 70,000 people attending offline.
