On the 15th, Russian Deputy Security Council Secretary Medvedev posted on social media that the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the locations of Ukraine's drone production in Europe, which in reality is marking potential "legitimate targets" for the Russian armed forces. According to data released by the Russian Ministry of Defense that day, Ukrainian drone and its component manufacturing companies have subsidiaries in 8 European countries in the form of sole or joint ventures, namely: the UK, Germany, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Medvedev stated that the timing of when the Russian armed forces will strike these potential targets "depends on the situation." The Russian Ministry of Defense issued a statement that day, saying that due to the increasing losses and decreasing troops of the Ukrainian armed forces, some European leaders have decided to increase drone supplies to Ukraine to strike Russian territory. Russia believes that this move by the relevant countries is a deliberate escalation of the military-political situation in Europe and is gradually turning these countries into the "strategic rear" of Ukraine.
