Yakang Group announced that its subsidiary, Singapore Technology Co., Ltd., has signed two "equipment purchase contracts" with supplier A company to purchase equipment such as diesel generators, power modules, medium-voltage cabins, and DC power distribution cabins, with a total tax-included amount of approximately 234 million US dollars; at the same time, it has signed an "equipment purchase contract" with customer B company to sell equipment such as container diesel generators, with a tax-included amount of approximately 240 million US dollars. The sales contract amount accounts for more than 100% of the company's main business income audited in the most recent fiscal year.
