Tianyancha's business risk information shows that recently, Xinxiang Wahaha Convenience Food Co., Ltd. added a notice of cancellation, with the reason for cancellation being dissolution by resolution. The company was established in March 2004, with Zeng Zhequan as the legal representative and Zong Fuli as the director. It has a registered capital of 6.8 million US dollars and its business scope includes the production of beverages, plastic packaging container products for food production and sales. It is jointly held by Shengjia Group Co., Ltd. and Lishui Hongbo Beverage Co., Ltd.
