Samsung Electronics' HBM4 yield rate is still below 60%.

The yield rate of Samsung Electronics' sixth-generation high-bandwidth memory is still below 60%. The company plans to increase the yield rate of HBM4 DRAM to close to completion level in the second half of this year to accelerate response time for major artificial intelligence clients including Nvidia. On the other hand, Samsung Electronics' 1c DRAM yield rate has exceeded 80%, reaching the so-called "mature yield rate".
