Regulating malicious claims "Measures for Handling Complaints and Reports on Market Supervision and Management" will be implemented from today.

Starting today, the newly revised "Measures for Complaint Handling by Market Supervision and Administration" are officially implemented. The "Measures" target malicious claims and prevent the abuse of the system. The "Measures" also specify that extortion, fraudulently obtaining compensation, and other illegal claims will terminate mediation and be transferred to the public security organs for legal handling.
