Norwegian oil and gas company Equinor reduces its stake in Scatec by half.

On April 14th local time, Norwegian oil and gas company Equinor issued a statement stating that the company has sold 8.07% of its shares in Scatec ASA at a price of 125 Norwegian kroner per share. The total amount of the transaction is approximately 1.6 billion Norwegian kroner. After the transaction is completed, Equinor will still hold 8.05% of the shares in Scatec ASA.
