Intends to sell 58.54 million H shares.

On April 15th, Huaqin Technology announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to globally issue 58.548 million H shares, with a maximum price of 77.70 Hong Kong dollars per share. It is expected to be listed for trading on April 23rd.
