Contemporary Amperex Technology Limited (CATL) is reportedly considering selling stocks worth no more than 5 billion US dollars.

According to informed sources, CATL is considering selling shares in Hong Kong to raise up to $5 billion. These sources mentioned that CATL has had preliminary discussions with banks regarding this share offering. CATL is also considering issuing convertible bonds to meet some of its financing needs. At present, these considerations are ongoing and no final decision has been made yet.
