Dinghan Technology announced that its revenue for 2025 was 1.725 billion yuan, an increase of 8.67% year-on-year. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 15.1824 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 11.1163 million yuan in the same period of the previous year. The company will not distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase capital reserves by converting them into shares in 2025.
