Huaxi Steel: Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer Wang Jing resigns.

Huaxin Steel announced that the Board of Directors has received the written resignation of Mr. Wang Jing. Due to changes in his job position, Mr. Wang Jing has resigned from his positions as Vice General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the company. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Jing will no longer hold any other positions in the company. His resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. The company will promptly complete the selection of a new Vice General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.
