ST Kelly: The proportion of shares held by shareholders holding more than 5% of the total shares increased by 1.08%.

ST Kelly announced that shareholders Kaisunun Tai, Lv Xiangdong, Li Hong, Liu Shuangquan, and Wei Yongmei, with a total holding of over 5%, plan to increase their holdings by no less than 7.17 million shares and no more than 14.34 million shares within six months starting from March 31, 2026. From April 2 to April 10, 2026, Li Hong increased holdings by 7.6 million shares, accounting for 1.06% of the total share capital, with an increase in amount of 50.4091 million yuan; Liu Shuangquan increased holdings by 160,000 shares, accounting for 0.02%, with an increase in amount of 1.0939 million yuan, totaling an increase of 7.76 million shares, accounting for 1.08%, with an increase in amount of 51.503 million yuan. After the increase, the total shareholding ratio of the above-mentioned shareholders increased from 8.06% to 9.14%. The increase plan has not yet been fully implemented.
