Greenland Holdings: Contract sales in the first quarter reached 13.941 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.8%.

On April 13, Greenland Holdings announced that in the first quarter of 2026, the company achieved a contract sales area of 1.705 million square meters, an increase of 12.69% compared to the same period last year; and achieved a contract sales amount of 13.941 billion yuan, an increase of 14.8% compared to the same period last year.
