The interest rate strategist at TD Securities stated in a report that the declining yields of 7 to 10-year U.S. Treasury bonds present a good buying opportunity. "In the short term, we prefer to buy when there is a pullback in the 7 to 10-year range because we expect the 10-year Treasury yield to remain in the range of 4.0% to 4.30% over the next few months and to be around 3.85% by the end of the year."
