Cao Cao Travel CEO Gong Xin said that after narrowing the loss by 49% last year, the company's goal is to achieve annual profit in 2026. He believes that ultimately the company is expected to occupy more than 15% of the autonomous driving market. The company began deploying autonomous taxis last year and currently operates about 100 in Hangzhou. Gong Xin said the company plans to expand its business to five to six Chinese cities this year, with about 100 vehicles in each city. He added that overseas, the company plans to enter two to three new markets and launch services in Hong Kong. Gong Xin said that Cao Cao Travel will launch a specific autonomous taxi service model in the first half of 2026 and start mass production next year.
