On the afternoon of April 12, during the Intelligent Electric Vehicle Development Forum 2026, New Stone Age's Unmanned Vehicle CEO Yu Enyuan had a dialogue with media such as Sina Technology. Yu Enyuan stated that unmanned vehicles will not replace deliverymen, but rather optimize their work mode. "Deliverymen work year-round without breaks, working 10 hours a day, with 6 hours for delivery and pick-up, and 4 hours for transportation. Unmanned vehicles will replace the transportation process, allowing deliverymen to focus on user service. The logistics process has 22 steps in total, with machines handling tasks unsuitable for humans, while humans provide more valuable services." In addition, he also revealed that the previously raised $600 million will primarily be invested in research and development, focusing on AI development.
