Wuhan Investment Holding Group, through its leading establishment of the Wuhan Wuchuangxing Aerospace Venture Investment Fund, has delisted and acquired 29.5904% equity of China Aerospace Sanjiang Group Co., Ltd. held by Aerospace Science and Industry Rocket Technology Co., Ltd. on the Beijing Property Rights Exchange, with a transaction amount of 32.9985 billion yuan.
