On the 10th day, the Financial Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee, in conjunction with the People's Bank of China Guangdong Branch, the Guangdong Financial Regulatory Bureau, the Municipal Commerce Bureau, and the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, and Tourism, officially issued the "Guangzhou Municipal Measures on Further Increasing Financial Support to Promote Consumption", focusing on launching ten practical measures to promote consumption across all scenarios and chains, using financial resources to stimulate new growth in consumption. The ten measures cover utilizing financial special policy tools effectively, optimizing payment environments, enriching the supply of consumer credit products, supporting innovation in insurance products, guiding local financial organizations to assist in promoting consumption, empowering diverse consumption scenarios, deeply integrating consumption improvement in key areas of the "Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand Projects", exploring innovative "consumption finance + AI" service models, preventing consumption financial risks, and establishing a coordinated working mechanism, covering various consumption areas such as accommodation and dining, cultural tourism and sports, elderly care and childcare, automotive and home appliances, rural tourism, and new business formats.
