Yikatong takes over all core assets and operations of Flyme OS.

Recently, Ecarx Technology announced that, based on Geely Holding Group's "Taizhou Declaration" and the "One Geely" strategic deployment, it has officially started to take over all core assets and business of Flyme OS under the Star Giant Meizu Group, and promote deep integration of intelligent travel and cross-device ecology. According to the integration arrangements, all intellectual property rights covered by the Flyme OS brand, as well as all in-operation business, customer contracts, and R&D teams of Flyme Auto, will be collectively integrated into Ecarx Technology and operated and managed uniformly by the company. Ecarx Technology stated that the integration work will be orderly advanced based on business priorities, with clear delineation of rights and responsibilities, proper placement of employees, and ensuring a smooth transition.
