A member of the National Security Committee of the Iranian parliament stated in an interview on April 10th local time that the Strait of Hormuz remains closed in response to Israel's violation of the ceasefire agreement and attacks on Lebanon in the past two days. He emphasized that the passage control of the strait is extremely strict at the moment, and even non-hostile countries' ships cannot obtain transit permits by paying tolls. (CCTV)
