Hainan Haiyao announced that its operating income in 2025 was 831 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.10%. The net loss in 2025 was 430 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 1.525 billion yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase share capital from the accumulated funds.
