According to the latest statistics from the China Passenger Car Association, in March 2026, Tesla's domestic sales of new cars exceeded 56,000, an increase of 47% compared to the previous month. Tesla Model Y has become the sales champion of domestic passenger cars. Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory delivered over 85,600 electric vehicles in March, an 8.7% year-on-year increase; the cumulative deliveries for the first quarter reached 213,000, a 23.5% increase compared to the same period in 2025.
