On April 9, 2026, the 17th plenary session of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance was held at the National Cyber Security Base in the Dongxihu District of Wuhan. Yu Xiaohui pointed out that artificial intelligence is accelerating into the era of native intelligence, and four major trends are worth noting: First, the continuous breakthrough in the capabilities of large-scale models, programming capabilities rapidly shifting from "code completion" to "full-stack development of intelligent entities"; second, the rapid rise of intelligent entity frameworks represented by OpenClaw, the explosion in the intelligent entity application ecosystem; third, the continuous activation of large-scale applications of intelligent entities stimulating the intelligent economy, token consumption driving rapid growth in cloud services; fourth, the security risks of data privacy, permission abuse, and other issues brought about by the rapid popularization of intelligent entities cannot be ignored, and security governance must advance in parallel with application promotion. He stated that the alliance will continue to focus on technology innovation, application traction, ecosystem construction, international cooperation, and security governance, to create a new pattern of development for the artificial intelligence industry.
