Announcement of the transfer of the electronic information sector business assets by Jingwei Hui Kai plans to transfer the business assets of the electronic information sector, mainly including Shenzhen Xinhui Kai Technology Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiaries, Hunan Jingwei Hui Kai Technology Co., Ltd., Zhuzhou Xinhui Kai Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Jingwei Hui Kai Technology Co., Ltd. to Shenzhen VJ Technology Co., Ltd. The transfer of assets does not include non-electronic information sector assets held by the above-mentioned subsidiaries or equity investments outside the scope of the merger of Jingwei Hui Kai.
