Ukraine expects that a senior White House envoy will lead a US delegation to Kyiv to discuss a potential agreement to end the conflict. As a result, the European Stoxx 600 index rose 0.6%, while the European aerospace and defense sector index fell by over 1%. Nasdaq 100 index futures erased earlier losses.
