The Ministry of Finance has made an administrative punishment decision against Zhongxing Caiguanghua.

On April 10th, the Ministry of Finance issued an administrative penalty decision against Zhongxing Caiguanghua Accounting Firm. During the investigation of this case, the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission closely communicated, strengthened cooperation, shared information, and enhanced joint efforts. In response to the problems identified in the inspection, the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission respectively made administrative penalty decisions based on the Certified Public Accountants Law, Securities Law, etc. In total, the two departments fined Zhongxing Caiguanghua 252 million yuan; the Ministry of Finance gave Zhongxing Caiguanghua a warning, suspended its business operations for 1 year; gave warnings to 16 signing certified public accountants, and imposed administrative penalties ranging from suspending the execution of business for 1 month to 1 year on the relevant certified public accountants.
