State Grid Corporation of China announced that the company's proposal for the annual profit distribution and capital reserve increase to share capital for 2025 has been approved by the board of directors and still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting. The proposal shows that the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 4.50 yuan for every 10 shares based on a total share capital of 132,583,724 shares, totaling 59,662,675.80 yuan in cash dividends. At the same time, for every 10 shares, 4 shares will be issued, increasing the total share capital to 185,617,213 shares. The total cash dividend for the company's fiscal year 2025 is 90,156,932.32 yuan, accounting for 69.22% of the net profit.
