Hanmei Semiconductor will release the second generation prototype of the hybrid bonding machine.

Hanmi Semiconductor stated that the company will launch a prototype of the "second generation hybrid bonding machine" for the next generation HBM production within this year and begin collaborating with customers. Additionally, the company also plans to start operating its hybrid bonding machine factory in the first half of next year.
