According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Yangzhou Hailu Zhu Run New Materials Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes the promotion of new material technology services, research and development of new material technology, manufacturing and sales of cement products. Equity penetration by QiChaCha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Hailuo Cement.
