An informed source following negotiations on the agenda revealed: Until a comprehensive ceasefire is achieved in Lebanon, Tehran has ruled out the possibility of negotiations with Washington and has firmly stated this position. According to the source, one action plan currently available is to continue to close the Strait of Hormuz. He added: "Based on statistics and on-site monitoring since this morning, this strategic sea route is currently still closed and will remain so until a comprehensive ceasefire is achieved in Lebanon."
