Ruizhe Technology announced that its operating income in 2025 was 3.872 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.02%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 57.7702 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 57.0236 million yuan in the same period of the previous year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase capital by converting reserves into share capital.
