Jiahua Energy announced that by 2025, its total operating revenue will reach 10.179 billion yuan, an increase of 11.21% compared to the previous year; the net profit will be 988 million yuan, a decrease of 1.99% compared to the previous year. When distributing profits for the year 2025, using the total share capital on the date of record for equity registration as the base, after deducting the shares in the repurchase account, a cash dividend of 2.5 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, without issuing bonus shares or increasing capital reserve through capitalization.
