ST Haichen announced that the final judgment of the second instance of the sales contract dispute between its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Xinggeng and Shaanxi Weitian has come into effect, maintaining the original ruling. The defendant should pay a sum of 13.0645 million yuan in payment for goods and related interests, and bear the second instance case acceptance fee of 100,200 yuan. Due to the uncertainty of the execution situation, the impact on the company's current profits is temporarily uncertain. From March 7, 2026 to the date of the announcement, the company and its subsidiaries have added 1 new litigation arbitration case involving an amount of 762,100 yuan. Of the 57 previous litigation arbitration cases, 30 have been concluded.
