Guoxin New Energy announced on April 9 that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Deputy General Manager Wang Weigang. Due to work adjustments, Wang Weigang applied to resign from the position of deputy general manager of the company, and the resignation report will take effect from the date it is submitted to the board of directors. After resigning, Wang Weigang will assume the position of full-time deputy secretary of the company's Party Committee.
