Hu Xin'an, former member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial People's Congress, has been expelled from the Party and removed from public office.

After investigation, Hui Xin'an has lost his ideal beliefs, betrayed his original heart and mission, been disloyal and dishonest to the party, and resisted organizational inspection; he has ignored the spirit of the "eight-point" central regulations, received gifts and consumption cards in violation of regulations, and accepted banquet invitations that may affect the fair execution of official duties; he has violated organizational principles, concealed and failed to report personal matters, failed to truthfully explain the issues during organizational inquiries, and sought personal gain for others in violation of regulations; he has lost his integrity bottom line, held shares of non-listed companies in violation of regulations, and accepted free house renovations and low-priced house purchases using his authority; he has engaged in trading power for money, used his position for personal gain in aspects such as project contracting and fund disbursement, and illegally accepted large amounts of money and goods.
