To implement the decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the development of artificial intelligence, accelerate the exploration of effective paths for "collection" and "utilization" of industrial data, in accordance with the arrangements of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on launching the Industrial Data Foundation Action and conducting a pilot test of high-quality industry data set construction empowered by artificial intelligence, the list of pilot test consortiums has been determined through local recommendations and organizational research and is now announced. Please recommend units to increase support and guarantee for the pilot test consortiums and actively promote the effective implementation of the pilot test. At the same time, encourage regions to initiate local industrial data foundation actions according to local conditions, promote the construction of high-quality industry data sets in the region, and explore models and paths for industrial data development and utilization. Our department will follow up on the implementation of the pilot test on a quarterly basis, coordinate resources in a timely manner, solve practical problems, promote experience exchange, and conduct a summary evaluation by the end of 2026.
