On April 9th, Taobao Flash Sale launched the AI Agent entrance - AI Store Assistant targeting catering businesses, officially adding voice search capabilities. The AI "Ask & Search" of Taobao Flash Sale supports voice command execution, making it the first AI Agent service in the industry that can directly trigger and complete complex operations for merchants. For example, it can help merchants with tasks such as order inquiries, product management, and blocking malicious customers with just a voice command.
