On April 8th, Xinjie Electric announced that the company has recently obtained a "Letter of Commitment for Stock Repurchase Special Loan" issued by the Wuxi Branch of CITIC Bank Limited, promising to provide the company with a stock repurchase special loan of up to 30 million yuan, with a single loan term not exceeding 3 years. The specific terms of the loan shall be subject to the formal contract signed by both parties.
