It highlights the role of agricultural insurance in disaster prevention and reduction, helping to reduce risks in agricultural production. It advocates for mutual empowerment between banking and insurance institutions, supporting the sharing of agricultural insurance policies and information between insurance and banking institutions to improve service quality and efficiency. It encourages small and medium-sized rural banks and other banking institutions in counties to standardize the sale of insurance products.
