After the US and Iran agreed on a ceasefire, the first batch of ships passed through the Strait of Hormuz.
On April 8th local time, the ship tracking website MarineTraffic recorded the first batch of ship activities passing through the Strait of Hormuz after the ceasefire agreement between the US and Iran. It is understood that the Greek bulk carrier "NJ Earth" passed through the strait at 8:44 Greenwich Mean Time, while the "Daytona Beach" flying the flag of Liberia passed through at 6:59 Greenwich Mean Time. Prior to this, the ship had left the port of Abbas at 5:28 Greenwich Mean Time. According to data from MarineTraffic, there are still hundreds of ships in the region, including 426 oil tankers, 34 liquefied petroleum gas carriers, and 19 liquefied natural gas carriers.
